An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Whisky Advisor to join our highly driven team of Whisky, Wines & Spirits Specialists within Gordon and MacPhail.

The successful candidate will have:

• A passion and knowledge for Scotch Whisky and the drinks industry as a whole
• Knowledge and experience in conducting Whisky tastings and presenting would be desirable
• Experience of nosing & tasting whisky and an understanding of the production process
• Confident in approaching and building rapport with customers from around the world
• Experience of Social Media Marketing
• A clear and engaging communicator with excellent sales skills
• Hold a WSET level 2 wine and spirit trust certificate is desirable.

• A team player with high level of dedication
• Previous experience in whisky, wines and spirits retail or hospitality is an advantage.

This is a permanent position working 36.25 hours per week between Mon and Saturday - Closing Date for applications is Monday 17th April 2023
