Sign Maker

Role Overview & Responsibilities

An opportunity has arisen for a sign maker to join our exciting company with a passion for hand crafted custom signage.

We want people that take great pride in their work. You will be very handy and have a passion for making things. Goodwin & Goodwin are an award winning sign and design company based in North London. We make our own range of amazing type based homeware, lights and signs. We work with some fantastic clients like the BBC, GQ, MTV, Spotify, Coca-Cola, H&M, Fortnum & Mason.

Ideal Skills: (Not all are essential)

• General Sign making duties
• Spray and brush painting
• Masking/sanding/prep work
• Basic wiring/soldering/electrical work (full training given)
• Building all different type signs & light boxes
• Applying vinyl
• Sign fitting & installation
• Working with hand tools and power tools

Essential skills and experience:

• Have an interest in art and design
• Time Management and Organisation skills, be able to multi-task
• Self motivated and confident able to work on your own initiative
• High attention to detail
• Committed to meeting deadlines and targets

Salary: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
