Home Care Assistants are Needed for people to provide person-centered care to service users in residential and care homes throughout Doncaster and Rotherham

Drivers and non-drivers with no experience are welcome. The right candidates will receive extensive in-house training /Online training to provide our clients with the highest level of personal care and support.

Requirements of Home Care Assistant

• Caring nature with good values
• Honest and approachable
• Moving from house to house - Company transport provided
• Non drivers have good availability

Responsibilities of Home Care Assistant

• Personal care for males & females
• Following a care plan and call schedule
• Keeping people safe, well and reporting any issues
• Working as part of a respected & friendly team

Delivering reports to Case Managers and reviewing any important changes in the patient’s condition
