Role Overview & Responsibilities

Hybrid Working with 1 to 2 days in the office per week

Junior Creative and Copywriter.

Fixed Term for 6 months

£27 - £30k

Goldster is an innovative and dynamic brand that is dedicated to changing the face of health, wellness and ageing with a goal of positively redefining the term “old age”.

Our ethos is built upon the evidence collated by our research and innovation team and focuses on non-pharmacological interventions to help people age more healthily. This feeds into the development of a unique healthy ageing pathway which provides the backbone of over 400 live online classes and activities every month.

The Candidate must have ideas and skills and working knowledge with proven work experience of the following

• Adobe suite - Photoshop / Premiere / Lightroom / Illustrator & Canva
• A good eye for images / copy placement/design (social media and general ad design)
• Social media - growth and promotion / Instagram / TikTok/ Facebook / YouTube.
• Basic video editing skills Work with social media colleagues to support the creation of user communities
• Knowledge of Zoom and live streaming.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field would be valued
• Proven experience as a copywriter
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience in engaging with customers and key stakeholders
• Comfortable writing marketing copy for the web, including social, landing pages, lead magnets SEO and editorial style reads.
• Can communicate in personable way via digital channels such as Facebook, Instagram and knowledge of emerging viral trends.

• Are self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced high growth environment and take instruction from our lead content creators.
• Write copy that captivates and connects to the over 50’s demographic, engaging with different segments of the audience
• Transform evidence-based research into engaging and memorable content that resonates with the over 50’s
• Review and edit work at various stages of the writing process to ensure it meets content standards and is error-free
• Coordinating with colleagues on the creation of other content assets like photos, videos and graphics.
• Ability to repurpose content in imaginative ways.
• Work with instructors and influencers to create descriptions of classes and courses
• Learn about our members, what they need, what resonates and how to write engaging copy for them

This is a fixed term, full-time remote and in person role at 37 hours per week with a competitive salary and generous annual leave benefits.
