Future Build Recruitment – Site/Senior Site Manager – Kent

Future Build Recruitment are currently looking for a Site/Senior Site Manager for a large, new build, residential contractor. This will be to join a Kent based division completing projects across the county.

Our client is looking for a Senior Site Manager for a 200-unit, timber frame, residential new build project near Maidstone which is a combination of both houses and apartments blocks to 5 storeys.

There is currently a Project Manager, Senior Site Manager and Site Manager on site so the chosen candidate would be joining a strong site team.

Timber Frame and or Traditional Build experience is not essential for this role but is preferable.
