Production Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Production Coordinator to join our Production team in our Market Road, London, Head Office on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Production Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Production Manager in managing the production lifecycle from order placement to delivery into the warehouse, ensuring on time delivery of all ranges and products.

As a Production Coordinator you will set a seasonal planner to anticipate and prevent day-to-day issues working closely with the Technical and Logistic team, and ensuring the final product reflects the brand essence of Agent Provocateur.

As a Production Coordinator, you will:

• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as Production Coordinator or within a similar role
• Have previous experience in working within the Luxury Retail Field
• Have a methodical, accurate, logical and concise approach to work with strong attention to detail
• Be highly computer literate with competent knowledge of Excel
• Be able to work at all levels of the organisation and develop relationships throughout the business to foster effective communications
• Be proactive, confident and have strong organisational skills
• Possess strong written and verbal communications skills and be an effective influencer and negotiator
