Bakery Operatives 6am - 2pm & 2pm - 10pm

Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Bakery operatives will be responsible for assisting the team leaders in ensuring smooth running of the shift. They will need to support the team leaders by completing required tasks to ensure goods are produced to schedule and to high quality standards.

Bakery operatives daily tasks will include:-

TASKS

· To produce items as required by the supervisor following the recipes as given.

· All recipes must be followed exactly.

· Any problems, non conformances must be reported to the supervisor.

· Out of date or non conforming raw materials must not be used and the non conformance flagged up to a supervisor.

· An awareness of HACCP as trained to appreciate the necessity of understanding the need for temperature control, delivery of raw materials, sieving, metal detection and chocolate awareness.

· To maintain personal standards of cleanliness as set out by the Hygiene Rules QM037.

· Four Anjels Limited operates a “clean as you go” policy which should be adhered to by the staff.

· Cleaning during and after the shift as required.

· Other tasks may be allocated to staff upon agreement with the staff member and the line manager and adequate training will be given.

· Attendance and participation in staff meetings when called.

· To pack and despatch various items sold as per instructions.

· Training given when applicable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.45 per hour
