Role Overview & Responsibilities

Fuwa Fuwa, meaning “fluffy fluffy” is North America’s largest soufflé pancake and dessert café, and now it’s come to the UK as Fluffy Fluffy. Now you can enjoy these fluffy pancakes in our newest store opening in Leicester! Apply to join and be part of our growing team!

· Provide excellent customer service.

· Welcome and connect with every customer.

· Preparing and plating pancakes according to established standards.

. Able to make pastries after training such as roll cakes, macarons, scones, cookies, etc.

· Respond to customer needs and say thank you to every customer.

· Follow health, safety, and welfare guidelines for all products.

· Cleaning of all utensils, kitchen, and working tables as needed.

· Maintain quality store operations.

· Follow store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station.

· Follow standards for stocking, rotating, and storing products.

· Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the daily checklists and cleaning standards.

· Present oneself professionally and demonstrate clear communication skills.

· Contribute to store profitability.

· Follow inventory stocking and recording guidelines.

· Contribute to store goals for increasing sales and improving profits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £7.00 per hour
