We have an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join our Marketing team as the Creative Content Apprentice.

The Creative Content Apprentice will be responsible for maximising e-commerce via our WordPress Parts Websites. You will create engaging written, digital, and photo content for websites and social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and manage online customer relations with enquirers to the parts website. You will also conduct research on various social media platforms, including TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube, and develop strategies for creating and maintaining accounts on those platforms, perform a range of online administrative tasks, including processing transactions and refunds and undertake research into new areas of development.

You will need to have a good level of education including Maths and English at grade 4 or above and experience of creating content for social media and websites. Also essential are good communication, organisation and collaboration skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers. A basic knowledge of HTML/CSS would also be advantageous.

In return we offer a salary based on the national minimum wage guidelines (age and apprenticeship level dependent) 22 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays (rising to 26 days with length of service), contributory pension scheme, staff discount on products and services, cycle to work scheme, employee and customer referral schemes, employee car purchase scheme, Healthcare Cash Plan and life assurance (last 3 subject to a qualifying period).

This post is offered on a full time basis, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
