Role Overview & Responsibilities

Job Title: Sales Team Lead – Brighton

The Role:
  • This is a Player/Coach role which carries both an individual and team sales target
  • Support the Team Manager and other Team Leaders to supervise a sales team with diverse talents and responsibilities
  • Meet regularly with management to report and plan strategic plans for team objectives
  • Fill in for Team Manager in their absence by managing productivity and attending management meetings
  • Assist with coaching and mentoring of the team and gives positive constructive feedback
  • 1 -2-1 Coaching of team members (4-6 outbound sales reps)
  • Supporting and motivating the team to hit key deliverables in line with the team and business needs
  • Assist during training sessions

  • Great organisation and time management skills which you can impart on others
