Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Title: Sales Team Lead – BrightonThe Role:
- This is a Player/Coach role which carries both an individual and team sales target
- Support the Team Manager and other Team Leaders to supervise a sales team with diverse talents and responsibilities
- Meet regularly with management to report and plan strategic plans for team objectives
- Fill in for Team Manager in their absence by managing productivity and attending management meetings
- Assist with coaching and mentoring of the team and gives positive constructive feedback
- 1 -2-1 Coaching of team members (4-6 outbound sales reps)
- Supporting and motivating the team to hit key deliverables in line with the team and business needs
- Assist during training sessions
