Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are fineline market research, an independent market research company based in Newark-on-Trent.

We are looking for friendly Telephone Interviewers to join our small, friendly team here at fineline.

The role involves collecting feedback from customers and businesses on a variety of topics.

Who are we looking for?

A high level of professionalism and competence with calling people and following a scripted interview. An ability and confidence with working autonomously. A good level of computer literacy. A high level of accuracy in terms of data collection.

For remote working, you will require stable internet access and a quiet working environment.

We are based in Newark-on-Trent, where you will have to attend a couple of days of training. After the training, this role will be performed from home.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £9.50 per hour
