Day or Nights Shifs

Hours Per week: 42

Shift Times: 8:00 - 8:00

A Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) is needed by Find Medic for one of our long-standing clients.

The role of a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) involves:

• Ensuring the highest level of care, welfare, and protection for each and every resident.
• Completing new resident physical and psychological evaluations upon admission.
• Creating resident-specific care plans.
• Updating care plans daily.
• Safely administering and recording of medication
• Effective communication with outside vendors and healthcare professionals.
• Monitoring and developing performance of care staff.
• Ensuring effective rotas are in place.
• To ensure that each person's needs are recognised and met with the utmost dignity, respect, and privacy, use a person-centered approach.

Requirements for the Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) role:

• You must have a Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN)
• Active NMC PIN or awaiting your NMC PIN
• Clear DBS.
