We are seeking a part-time Secretary to join its Enfield, London UK office. The successful candidate will be working Monday-Friday, 16 hours a week, at £12 per hour.

Key responsibilities include:

• Answering calls and taking messages
• Great communication
• Responding to emails
• Managing filing and record systems
• Scheduling appointments
• Managing calendars
• Typing and proofreading documents
• Using Microsoft Office applications
• Working independently
