Quality Engineering Graduate

Role Overview & Responsibilities

This graduate role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in the Quality function within a busy Manufacturing plant.

Duties & Key Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing, updating and developing system control processes as well as the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
• Work within the team to investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
• Involvement in identifying training needs and organising training interventions to meet quality standards
• Support the deployment of Faurecia Group policies relating to Quality standards and the monitoring of legal compliance with regulatory organisations
• Create work instructions for both customers and suppliers
• Participate and support improvement projects within the Quality department

Qualifications:

• Completed a year long industrial placement in a related industry
• Bachelor degree at 2.1 or above
• Completed degree within last 3 year period
• International mind set
• Enthusiastic, motivated and well organised
• Results oriented with strong written and oral communication skills
• Hardworking, flexible and reliable
• Able to work well within a team
• Self-confident, decisive and able to apply initiative
• Committed to continuous improvement

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

Salary: From £25,000.00 per year
