Role Overview & Responsibilities

A fantastic opportunity for an Architectural Technician Apprentice to join our growing team.Living Space Architects provide architect and design services across Devon, Somerset and Dorset.


We are seeking to recruit a talented and enthusiastic individual to play a central role in our busy technical team. Based at our friendly office in central Exeter, you will generate accurate plans and models for a wide range of exciting residential projects.

You will work alongside our Senior Architects and be trained in all aspects of our technical services including the latest Autodesk software, AutoCAD and Revit. You will have the opportunity to attend site with our team of Architects and understand our world from grass roots up.


Key Duties.

  • Creating AutoCAD Building Plans from Digital Survey Data
  • Creating Revit Building Models
  • Managing 2D & 3D CAD Library
  • Creating Visuals For Digital Marketing





Hours: 37.50 per week

We specialise in sustainable contemporary design and the alteration and adaption of historic buildings. By using local materials, maintaining an environmental approach and designing and building in an innovative way that compliments the surroundings, we aim to keep the South West special.

Requirements and Prospects:
Experience in AutoCAD/ Revit desirable


Interest in Architecture
Enthusiastic, Happy, Open to Development


Potential to progress onto a Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship

Training Provided:
Level 3 Apprenticeship - Construction Support Technician

Level 3 BTEC Construction in the Built Environment



Additional Information:
This role is based in Exeter City Centre

GCSE Grades 4/C or above in Maths and English
