Role Overview & Responsibilities

Data Clerk Duties:

•Data Entry
•Scan all invoices into the system
•Maintain filing and make sure to maintain organization for easy retrieval

Receptionist Duties:

•Perform all daily tasks from front desk.
•Answer the multiple line phone system and manage calls
•Transfer calls before leaving the desk.
•Distribute emails to proper employees
•Attend the remote door answering system.
•Accept deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients and ensure they get to the recipient in a timely manner while also managing outgoing mail and packages for pick up.
•Distribute DOB Bulletins to entire project management and principal teams.
•Monitor office equipment is in good service and make sure supplies are stocked (I.E, paper, Ink, etc).
•Greet clients and visitors.
•Hand/mail payment to subcontractors and suppliers. Includes making arrangements over the phone or email if necessary.
•Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter.
•Respect confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £26,696.07-£28,589.46 per year
