Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic person to work as Outpatient Medical Record Clerk. The successful candidate, will be responsible for ensuring medical records are prepared fully and available for outpatient clinics and theatre.

SWLEOC is an NHS Treatment Centre providing regional elective orthopaedic surgery services. Established by the four South West London acute Trusts, SWLEOC has earned a reputation as a centre of excellence for elective orthopaedic surgery through patient outcomes, low complications and high patient satisfaction, by providing high quality care and cost efficiency. SWLEOC was CQC rated outstanding!

The successful candidate will work within our medical records team, working closely with the Medical Records Supervisor and the rest of the team. The successful candidate will have good time management, the ability to use their own initiative as well as excellent attention to detail.
