Role Overview & Responsibilities
Role: Trainee Electrical Design Engineer
Basic Salary: £30 000 Per Year (This will increase up to £50 000 Per Year as you learn the role)
Location: Dewsbury, West Yorkshire
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday / Days (1:30 Finish Every Friday)

The Role (All below duties will be done at trainee level to start and full training / mentorship will be provided)
- Liaise with Project Managers and Assembly Shop Engineers to ensure projects are built to specification and achieve timescale deadlines
- Produce Electrical schematics, Block Cable & Loop Diagrams
- Produce Cable Schedules and Cable Calculations
- Produce Control Philosophies for RAE Standard equipment
- Produce EC&I BOMs & Control Panel parts lists
- Review Sub-contractor schematic drawings and specifications
- Check colleagues work for accuracy
- Provide EC&I technical support for colleagues and customers
- Attending supplier sites across the UK to attend control panel factory acceptance tests
