Operations Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Emelec Limited is a growing Facilities Maintenance company based in Wirral offering services to all areas of the UK.

Due to ongoing growth, we are looking to employ an operations assistant to cover a busy office schedule - Dealing with clients and scheduling engineers throughout the UK

We are looking for a suitable candidate who will have a professional, outgoing personality, be hard working and an outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate must have previous experience within an office environment.

Duties to include but not limited to:

• Dealing with client enquiries by phone and email.
• Dealing with engineers (scheduling engineers & raising appointments).
• Dealing with engineers vehicles (services etc)
• Be able to provide RAMS for engineers.
• Estimating works (office based - Information provided by engineers)
• All other clerical duties as required.

Person Specification:

• Must be able to work on own initiative.
• Confident in dealing with people at all levels.
• Works well under pressure and deal with deadlines.
• Communicate with engineers on all levels.

Full Time (Monday - Friday) Will include occasional phone support out of normal hours

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
