Dynamic Fibre is looking for an experienced Splicers

We are seeking a highly motivated Splicer to join our team. The Splicer will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the installation and maintenance of fiber optic cables. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Splice fiber optic cables and maintain existing fiber networks
• Safely operate tools and equipment, including fusion splicers and OTDRs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective work processes
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures
• Respond to emergency situations as needed
• Accurately record work completed and other relevant data
• Communicate with customers regarding service interruptions and scheduled maintenance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Salary: £34,658.00-£37,859.00 per year

• Weekend availability

• Oxford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
