From working with and managing rotoscoping experts, to assistance in interviewing hell-raisers and legends in their fields, this is an exciting opportunity for a highly efficient and experienced individual to oversee the film-making process in its entirety.

Applicants must be proficient in the following:

Managing team members across the globe

PA to Director / Producer 1

Accounting, Expenses and Budgeting

Social Media Management

Licensing, Release and Distribution

Awareness of global contracting requirements

The Role
The role would closely encompass personal assistant roles in both a personal and professional capacity. The Producer / Director has a busy schedule managing a family and numerous contractors. Daily activities may include scheduling flights, arranging meetings, supervising and managing separate teams alongside invoicing and budgeting.

The ideal applicant would be flawlessly organised and able to pre-empt tasks after the initial handover and trial period. Experience in copywriting would be desirable for biographies, website copy etc.

Initial tasks will include initial handover meeting, systematising and putting procedures in place.

4-5 experience is a prerequisite for applicants, Marketing and Management degrees preferable.

Hours and Rates

Hours are flexible and can be negotiated. Please note, however, that this is a full- time position.

Rates are up for negotiation dependent on experience. Please give send an idea of your expectations.

Terms of Self-Employment

PA to Director / Producer 2

You must be self-employed and willing to sign a contract to work for Drifting Dunes
Media Art Productions, LLC as a Contractor.

You must have your DBS Check in place (or be willing to do so at your own expense).

The contract will commence with an initial Trial Period of 3 months.

NDAs must also be in place.
