Our client specialises in developing and managing award-winning logistics parks and industrial real estate across Europe. The Senior Project Controller position can be operated from any of the offices located across Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for opening, up-dating, monitoring, and closing of construction budgets
- Keeping construction projects overview up to date in ERP
- Keeping overview of ASTI (Above Standard Tenant Improvements) as part of the construction budget with respect to both costs and revenues
- Produce and analyse project earnings based upon Internal rate of Return Calculations
- Produce and analyse finalised project calculations with comparison to original budget
- Provide critical assessment of all construction budgets and returns
- Reconciles construction overview with Work-in-Progress in accounting
- Produce and keep up-to-date project planning overviews
- Closely cooperate with regional development directors, country managers and project managers in charge
Requirements:
- University degree in finance or relevant field
- Hands on construction/quantity surveying experience
- 7- 10 years of experience in a similar position (experience within the Real Estate industry would be an asset) with international experience
- Exceptionally well organised with an aptitude for data
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills and meticulous
- Proactive, resourceful, and hands-on with good initiative
- Proficient user of MS Office. Microsoft Dynamics (Axapta), IBM Tririga and Reporting.CZ knowledge will be an asset
- Good relationship and a strong verbal and written communication skill
- Ability to work independently in a flexible environment
