Night Senior Care Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for 35hr Senior Care Assistant to work as part of our team within our luxurious residential home. We can offer excellent training opportunities and development with career progression within our company. You are required to hold a level 3 in health and social care or willing to work towards this diploma.

· 1 years relative experience in care environment.

· Flexible to the needs of the Home.

· Good communication skills.

· Good Team work & Organisation skills.

· Good and Clear Leadership and Management skills.

· Understanding to the care needs of residents within Darwin House.

· Understanding of Rota systems and covering of shifts.

· Responsible of shift management and the running of the home in the absence of the home manager and deputy manager.

· Undertake some Management tasks as required.

· Supervision of staff.

· Knowledge in administering medication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £11.80 per hour
