Sales Representative

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with customers to understand their needs, providing customers with suitable local solutions in the UK, manage and maintain customer relationships. Make timely visits and follow-up to prospective customers, and establish long-term strategic cooperative relations with customers;

2. Follow-up of the customer's entire process from order placement to business completion. It is necessary to be familiar with every part of the business, and to be able to supervise the operation in the reverse direction to ensure the smooth progress of the business;

3. Actively pay attention to industry trends, collect market information, develop new markets and new customers, and report regularly on sales.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in related majors;

2. 2-5 years working experience;

3. Having experience in overseas warehouse sales or have been engaged in cross-border e-commerce industry, customer resources with British overseas warehouses are preferred;

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, good at learning and negotiation;

5. Working location: Milton Keynes and Heathrow Airport

6.Fluent in Chinese and English.
