Role Overview & Responsibilities
Croydon BME Forum is the umbrella organisation for Croydon’s Black and Minority Ethnic voluntary and community sector; engaging people, building capacity, and promoting equality and cohesion. We are a registered charity and company limited by guarantee. We make representations on behalf of Croydon’s black and minority ethnic communities to public sector agencies and other statutory and non-statutory organisations.
We are looking for 2-3 Part-time Volunteers for our Wellness Centre, located at the Whitgift Centre in Croydon. Please note, this is not a paid role, so if you can volunteer your time at least two days a week, on Tuesday, Thursdays or Fridays, we would like to hear from you.

Below are some of the duties you may have to perform.
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the Centre.
- Provide customer support by answering the phone
- Preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Maintain the Centre and keep the storage room tidy.
- Assisting colleagues with tasks.
- Performing ad-hoc duties.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
