Role Overview & Responsibilities

Creams Cafe is the UK's leading Italian gelato dessert restaurant group serving an inspiring range of Waffles, Crepes, Sundaes, Milkshakes, Coffee, Cakes and delicious Gelato ice cream.

We are hiring for a competent and motivated individual to join our family at Creams Cafe Windsor. Our focus is to provide outstanding experience for all customers as well as a warm and friendly atmosphere for staff members.

Responsibilities:

• Organise, direct and motivate staff on shift and work effectively as part of a team
• being welcoming, friendly and confident whilst serving customers
• Providing outstanding customers service with the ability to anticipate customers' needs and expectations
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Closing down at the end of shifts, basic numeracy skills for cash handling and cashing up
• Ability to cope under pressure, using initiative and multi-tasking with ease
• Assisting the manager with any administrative tasks as required
• Following health, safety and sanitation guidelines
