Car Park Attendant - Rugby Moto Services (1 m6 Leicester Road.Rugby CV23 0EZ)

Rate of Pay £13.50 per hour

Shift times:

• Monday – 07:00 -16:00 9 hours
• Thursday – 09:00 – 16:00 7 hours
• Friday – 07:00 – 16:00 9 hours

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Onsite CPA at Rugby Moto Services for the following shifts
• Keeping HGV and Coach bays clear of cars and only allowing vehicle to park within the designated areas
• Maintain operation at car park and ensure customers get high quality service and satisfaction
• Carry out regular patrol of parking area and issue notices of payment to customers for non-compliance to parking terms and condition
• Ensure a safe, hazard free, and clean parking environment.
• Provideparking and traffic management assistance as required, including directing the public when appropriate
• Report damage to signage, car park equipment and car park infrastructure

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to speak clearly and to relate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to carry out functions professionally
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure high degree of customer satisfaction
• Highly energetic, confident, reliable, punctual, and proactive individual
• Ability to give attention to detail and perform tasks accurately
• Experience working before as a parking, patrol, or enforcement officer
• Ability to use a smart phone beneficial and enforcement app - training will be provided

Full training and uniform provided

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary: £13.50 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rugby: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
