Food and Beverage Attendant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for a Waiter/Waitress to join our team.

The successful candidate(s) will need to have excellent customer service skills, smart presentation, good understanding of our food & beverage products and always willing to go the extra mile for all of our guests.

some of the day to day duties are as follows:

- Provide excellent customer service

- Meet & greet customers

- Take & serve food/drink orders

- Ensure cleanliness through-out the restaurant

- Operating tills and card machines to take orders/payments

- Communicate with kitchen and bar team to ensure experience for customers

- Upsell special products when necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Salary: £10.50 per hour
