Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for an Accounts Senior / Semi Senior to join our team in Huddersfield.

This is a great opportunity to work as part of a successful team where, as an Accounts Senior / Semi Senior, you will have responsibility for the preparation of accounts and the associated tax work for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships. You will also be involved in overseeing bookkeeping and VAT returns and supervising/training junior members of the team.

The ideal candidate may be AAT Qualified or working towards either the ACA or ACCA qualification. Newly qualified ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience will also be considered. Existing experience of working in an Accounts role in general practice is essential.

Main Duties:

- Preparing accounts and corporation tax computations

- Assisting in the development of junior members of the team

Skills:

AAT Qualified / Studying towards ACA/ACCA / Newly Qualified ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
