Hours : 30 Hours per week

Responsible to: Nursery Manager / Room Leader

Accountable to: Chief Executive

Overview

Green Garden Community Nursery is new modular build located at the heart of West Bromwich/Greets Green area. CBO has successful track record of delivering quality projects and programmes and the development of new Nursery provisions aims to replicate our success over the years. Over the years CBO has been closely working with the local authorities and the local regeneration programme in its effort to regenerate the deprived groups and neighbourhoods of Sandwell. “Our vision is to contribute to the Sandwell vision of a thriving, sustainable, optimistic and forward-looking community”

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team. We need someone who has initiative, excellent communication skills and who is willing to learn whilst being supported by one of our experienced staff. Professional standards of time keeping and attendance are expected. Green Garden Community Nursery is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care, learning and development for all children, adhering to early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). This is a key person role and you will be required to observe and plan for your key group.
