Entry Level IT Support - hybrid role, City of London

My client is a City of London based company who are undergoing exciting growth plans

As a result they are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join their IT Department.

The successful applicant will assist with various aspects of the IT support function and be working within a friendly and supportive team who will help you develop your skill-set to the next level.

This role will require an individual who is bright and passionate about IT. The successful candidate will be confident in their communication abilities and also be a team player.

To be considered for this position you will need to have

Good customer service skills

Technical awareness.

Highly numerate and have understanding of the MS Office suite.

An excellent eye for detail as well as being a quick learner but most importantly, be a team player.

Enthusiasm and potential are more important than technical exposure.

The successful candidate will be expected to collaborate with relevant team members and stakeholders and form effective relationships within the business and will be involved in supporting the existing team as well as working autonomously on smaller projects.

Initially the individual will take on a supporting role in managing the development of systems but will work towards a more leading role with the final aim of being able to manage, with support, the end-to-end project implementation for new software/changes
