Residential Porter – Live In

Residential Porter needed to ensure the smooth day to day running of this highly prestigious site in Maida Vale. You will be ensuring that all services and activities are carried out efficiently, meeting the standards and requirements of the company. Responsibilities will include building strong working relationships with residents, guests, external contractors and colleagues, conducting regular site inspections and operations, acting as the main point of contact for all queries from residents and guests and helping to ensure the safety of all residents, guest and staff at the development. You must have basic knowledge of building maintenance systems, an understanding of the principle aspects of legislation relating to the management of Residential Property Law, the ability to understand complex legal documentation e.g. Leases, and a working knowledge of Health and Safety to include COSHH and RIDDOR and carrying out risk assessments.
