Role Overview & Responsibilities
City Health Care Partnership’s Urgent Care Service has vacancies in our Bransholme Urgent Treatment Centres for Band 2 Urgent Care Support Staff. The position offers exciting opportunity for highly motivated and enthusiastic people who can provide comprehensive administrative support to the service. Candidates will be responsible for the day to day running of our Urgent Treatment Centres including reception, administration, stock control and driving duties with a high level of customer service, accuracy and attention to detail.Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with the ability to work calmly and efficiently in a busy and demanding environment. The service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so applicants must be prepared to work a variety of shift patterns including day, evening, and overnight shifts including bank holidays and weekends.
