Cleaning Supervisor

Meggaclean Limited is a leading commercial cleaning company that has been providing top-notch cleaning services to businesses of all sizes for several years. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a wide knowledge and experience in commercial cleaning and excellent leadership skills to oversee our team of cleaners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaning team to ensure that all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Ensure that all cleaning materials and equipment are maintained and kept in good condition
• Inspect and evaluate work carried out by the cleaning team to ensure that high standards of cleanliness are maintained
• Respond to client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and report to management on a regular basis
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to by the cleaning team

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial cleaning, preferably in a supervisory role
• Wide knowledge of cleaning procedures and practices, as well as cleaning equipment and materials
• Strong leadership and management skills to oversee a team of cleaners
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
