Youth Case Worker (Education, Training, Employment)

Overview:

As a Youth Case Manager with Change Grow Live you’ll work with young people, not in work or education, helping them get to where they want to be.

Responsibilities:
We believe that every young person deserves the right to reach their potential. With this role you’ll work as part of the Youth Promise Plus Team based in South Birmingham, Youth Offending Team. Our main goal is to help our young people find the right course or job for them.

No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes to us as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.

You’ll have to record information about what you do, so attention to detail and enjoying a bit of paperwork is also important.

We rely on referrals from other agencies, so you’ll need to be proactive and great at building relationships.
