Shop Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Shop Assistant to join our team (Chinese cash & carry). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, helping customers find the products they need, stocking shelves, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in retail and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide assistance with their inquiries.
• Assist customers in locating items in the store.
• Operate cash registers and process payments.
• Maintain a clean and orderly store environment.
• Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Provide customer service and answer questions about products.
• Help customers make informed decisions about their purchases.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.42 per hour
