Property Management Consultant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a dedicated full-time Property Management Consultant to join our fast-expanding team to keep up with our business developments.

Ideal candidate would have an educational background at the minimum of degree level; must have excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking in both English and Chinese languages (preferable); must be capable of multi-tasking and be team oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing relationship between tenants and landlords
• Managing upkeep and routine maintenance works (including repairs and decorations, etc.)
• Liaise with letting team in respect to tenancy and property managements
• Accurate updates on IT system & management of client account statement
• Administrate new tenancy agreements or tenancy extensions/renewals
• Facilitate tenants’ on moving in day (check in) and moving out/contract end date (check out) procedures
• Co-ordinate with contractors in regards to maintenance and/or repair requirements
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Manage check out procedures and analyse tenancy deposit refund
• Discussing and resolving rental arrear queries
• Processing eviction requests in accordance with the necessary legal requirements

Qualifications and Essential Skills:

• Minimum 1-3 years working experience in residential property management in the UK is preferred
• No experience will also be considered
• Broad knowledge of property management issues and solutions
• Knowledge of legislation changes in property industries
• Problem solving and communication skills to handle tricky situations and escalations
• Able to communicate accurately and concisely using written communication
• Confident telephone manner, and good personal presentation and conduct
• Multitask skill is essential
• Cantonese or Mandarin read/speak skills Preferable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

• Weekend availability
