Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Bar Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and an understanding of the hospitality industry. Responsibilities include mixing drinks, serving customers, and keeping the bar area clean and organized. We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. If you have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and answer questions about the menu.
• Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Check identification of customers to ensure they are of legal drinking age.
• Ensure all customers are served in a timely manner.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Working within the Bar and Restaurant team, you will assist with day-to-day operations, creating a cocktail experience, and providing prompt, friendly, personalised service to our guests.
• Create moments of delight for our guests, welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner and wowing them during their visit.
• Prepare and serve a range of perfectly brewed coffee-based drinks using manual and automatic grinders and pressers.

Our Requirements

• Idieally 1 year of previous related experience
• Eager to learn new skills and support the broader team
• Legal right to work in the UK
• At least 18 years old.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

Schedule:

• Flexitime
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Enfield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
