We are currently seeking the support of a freelance sales executive or agency, to support the station's commercial aims. What do we need?
The role of the freelance sales executive will be to actively seek new sales opportunities and to develop those leads into confirmed sales.

Central Radio is one of a new breed of commercial radio stations, born out of the development of small-scale DAB technologies and the need for more locally focussed radio for audiences that do not feel adequately serviced by mass-group broadcast houses and community radio providers.

Central Radio launched in September 2022 across Blackpool, Wyre and The Fylde coast, with plans for expansion into Preston, Leyland and Chorley and Wigan and St Helens upon launch of small-scale DAB multiplexes in those geographies.
