Duty Manager of Cedar Valley and Manager of The Dell, East Meon

A very unique opportunity for an ambitious hospitality manager to take on The Dell (www.thedellhampshire.co.uk), a bustling food court area including a pizza restaurant, cafe and bar on a well loved and known glamping site in the heart of Hampshire. There is huge potential to build on an already established and successful enterprise.

Themed nights serving locals and onsite guests; think Mexican, pizza, curry etc.

Vibrant bar in an old safari tent, serving local ales and cocktails

A cafe and shop to welcome the early birds into the day; coffee, cakes and more.

Ideal candidate;

● Management and hospitality experience essential

● Self-starter, works well on own initiative, creative and vibrant

● Love the outdoors (we are a glamping site)

● Can lead a team

● Stock management

● Staff rotas

● People person

● Good level of English is essential

● Ability to commute essential as we are a rural site

● Work Location: In person at the The Dell, Cedar Valley, East Meon, Hampshire

Peak service hours are 4-10pm on Fridays and Saturdays

Cafe 8am - 11am Saturday and Sundays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

Salary: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
