SIA Security Compliance Officer

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Due to continued growth. We are recruiting for an additional Compliance Officer to manage Peterborough, Coventry, Leicester and Birmingham.

Duties will be to manage any discrepancies raised by office for employee non compliance, induct new starters, conduct on site interviews, staff appraisals, staff training and potential shift relief.

An SIA Door Supervisor license and extensive knowledge of the security industry is essential. Please do not apply without.

Shift pattern will be a strict 4on 2off with working hours of 10pm - 6am.

A company vehicle will be provided for business use only. Please also note that our company vehicles are fully electric with Automatic transmission. A full UK driving license will be be required.

Pay rate is £14.00 per hour.

Self Employed and PAYE applications acceptable.
