- Candidates must possess a category C driving license, driver (tachograph) card and driver qualification card. MPQC card is a advantage but not necessary.
- Good geographical knowledge of the local area
- Positive attitude towards work
- Good English and able to communicate with customers
- Tipper experience is an advantage but not essential
