Contract Type: Full Time
Location: Milton Keynes, Kiln Farm

Brit Books is a fast growing online retailer based in Milton Keynes looking to expand their customer service team, and are looking for an individual who demonstrates excellent professionalism and determination.

We sell used items through various marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Abe and many more.

As the primary point of contact for our customers, your job will be to provide them with an excellent experience, by managing their orders, enquiries, and providing aftercare.

The following are essential:

• Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking in English.
• Excellent computer & typing skills.
• Ability to write in a formal and polite manner.
• Keen to learn and implement new knowledge effectively and accurately.
• Previous e-commerce customer service experience.
• Familiar with online market places.

Key Tasks:

• Communicating directly with customers via email.
• Monitoring feedback and reviews.
• Daily reporting on performance, issues and providing feedback to relevant departments in order to improve customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• MILTON KEYNES: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• English (preferred)
