Brig o Doon House Hotel

Part-time/Full-time

We are seeking a Kitchen Porter at the Brig o'Doon House Hotel.

Your duties will include:

• Cleaning of all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils within the kitchen area
• Cleaning of kitchen areas as instructed
• General preparing of food as instructed by Head Chef
• All other duties as directed by the Head Chef

In order to be successful candidates must possess:

• Experience as kitchen porter or cleaning preferred but not essential
• Hard working and reliable
• Willing to learn
• Professionally presented
• Flexible due to nature of shift work and weekends
