Bar Supervisor

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced supervisor who is industry focused with a positive attitude to join our team at The Brick Lane Taproom. We offer flexible working hours with a mix of day and evening shifts (we are currently closed every Monday and Tuesday). A good knowledge of craft and traditional beers is a bonus, but a willingness to learn and good customer skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of a bar.
• Train and supervise staff.
• Opening and closing of the bar
• Basic admin and stocktake tasks
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming enviroment

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £11.50 per hour
