Brancepeth Castle Golf Club is a friendly and welcoming club situated next to Brancepeth Castle. We are excited to provide the opportunity for a bar assistant to join our team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and ensuring the bar area is kept clean and presentable. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing a great experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and orderly bar area.
• Ensure that all drinks are served in accordance with the law.
• Mix drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Keep track of customer orders and payments.
• Answer customer questions about drinks and menu items.
• Clean glassware, utensils, and other equipment used in the bar area.
• Assist in the Kitchen when required

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 - 30 per week

Salary: From £10.50 per hour

• Durham, DH7 8EA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
• Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
