Role Overview & Responsibilities

Boombae LTD is based in Trafford, a stones throw from the busy city centre. We hold a number of brands including THE LASER CLUB, KIA KNOTS hair extensions and BOOMBAE LTD all under the one roof plus a laser clinic in Leeds and another laser clinic to be opening in a secret location!

Our lovely unit in Manchester has an outside garden, and we have ample free parking. We are a 5 min walk from Trafford Tram stop and a bus stop right outside so those without cars should be fine. No nightmare city parking here!

We are a close team of 10 staff, more like a family.

We are looking for someone to help around the salon and is confident in washing, toning and blow drying. This could also be a great opportunity for growth within the hair industry.

Basic hourly pay depends on experience and skill level. Commission is paid at 10% after costs.

Responsibilities will include:

• Helping our busy stylists with washing, blow drying, mixing up colour
• Manage diary to maximise clients
• Taking before/after pics and ensuring good content is taken on our company phone in order for us to post to social media.
• Ensuring a good rebooking rate for clients
• Running/taking over a busy & established column
• Building relationships with clients
• Ensuring all clients leave as happy as can be
• Liaising with reception to ensure the correct bills are taken and clients are rebooked.

Ideal candidate:

• Confident in the finishing of colour e.g cutting/blow drying/toning
• Friendly/confident/outgoing/chatty
• Trustworthy and loyal
• Must be good with social media, tik tok, instagram etc
• Key team player
• Must have proven work we can see
• Good people person
• Open minded to learn new skills and techniques and will continuously develop in the role.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.00-£15.00 per hour
