Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for Care Assistants to primarily work during our peak hours, delivering care within West London.

• The ability to work every other weekend

In this position you will be:

- Assisting with personal care needs

- Helping with mobility around the home

- Providing support at meal times

- Prompting customers to take their medication on time
