Role Overview & Responsibilities

Business Development Manager (Internal), Mid Ulster with Hybrid - £45,000 plus bonus & benefits

You will be leading a team of 5 customer order managers and ensuring targets are achieved. Duties within the role will include;

· Running the internal sales & order team

· Managing customer orders from initial enquiry through to delivery

· Identifying new customers and developing relationships

· Sales management reporting

What we are looking for…

· 3 + years’ experience in a similar role i.e. managing a sales / business development or telesales team, ideally with experience of the construction, manufacturing or building sectors

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5pm (Hybrid available after 3 months)
