Due to a new venture with one of Northern Ireland's top 100 construction companies, our client is seeking a Commercial Assistant to join them to provide back-office support for their busy commercial team.

Duties:

· Collation of Record Sheets and production of analysis & reports

· Reviewing all costs incurred on projects and production of analysis & reports.

· Carry out weekly timesheet reconciliation.

· Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger

· Liaison with the Client on Commercial matters, including preparation and submission of supporting information.

· Liaise with all levels of the Construction Team, such as Project Managers and Site Managers

Criteria:

· Hold a in GCSE’s English & Math

· Previous experience within Data Collation & processing and invoice processing

· Accountancy experience

· Competent user of the complete MS office suite

· Able to work collaboratively in a multi-team environment.
